310 workshop participants at 29 schools and training facilities of the Bundeswehr
Methodological approach/research design
Interviews with male and female Bundeswehr employees performing advisory tasks as well as with commanders of the participating schoolsQuestionnaire survey (advance questionnaire, feedback form, evaluation forms during the workshops) of 310 workshop participants
Written survey of the trainers
Hands-on observation of the workshops by the academic monitors.
