Methodological approach/research design
The results of the evaluation presented refer to the Schleswig-Holstein project. The evaluation sought to answer the following questions:
Are the campaign’s central goals being achieved?
What improvements and changes are in order with a view to optimizing the effect of the children’s songs tour?
The evaluation concentrates on four components:
The agency responsible for the organization of concerts and workshops (collection of on-scene activities to conduct concerts and workshops as well as to set up regional structures)
The concerts (recording reaction to the concert visit, amongst other things)
The workshops (survey of the participants and course leaders)
The use of the kindergarten box (surveys in selected kindergartens for use with and without participation at the workshops and/or concerts).
