- Teenage pregnancies in Saxony

- Teenage pregnancies in Berlin and Brandenburg In 2006 the BZgA commissioned a survey questioning experts in the field in Berlin and Brandenburg about their experiences in counselling and caring for underage pregnant girls. This survey is based on the insights from the pilot study in Saxony conducted in 2004.
- When teenagers become parents … t is known from youth studies that very young, sexually active girls are usually scared of an unwanted pregnancy. Despite this fact more and more young women in the Federal Republic of Germany are facing unplanned and unwanted pregnancies, and in individual cases the pregnancy is wanted. This is particularly (but not exclusively) true for very young women from problem backgrounds and from other cultural circles (including eastern European ones).
- Youth sexuality 2006: repeat survey of 14 to 17-year-olds and their parents The BZgA has been analysing the attitudes and behaviour of young people regarding sex education, sexuality and contraception for 25 years: the young people surveyed in first study of 1980 have become the parent generation of today’s young people. The most recent survey, conducted in 2005, continued the task of measuring trends: the current study is the sixth of its kind. This time a large sample of 2,497 young people aged between 14 and 17 and their parents were questioned.
